COMMITMENT

We pride ourselves on our perpetual Training and Support System. Our business philosophy is to Master the Mundane. A Franchisee must intitially participate and Master every aspect of our business first. To grow a business successfully, the franchisee then must become the Teacher of the entire process. Duplication is the key to earning greater sums of revenue, and this does not take place without paying your dues. Although it is not the goal of every Franchisee to grow their business to such great levels, our approach does not deviate.

IMMERSION TRAINING IS CRUCIAL TO SUCCESS

The initial training lasts 2 days in a real life situation in our International Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. One full day is spent in the field marketing with one of our trainers. The second day is spent at a school operating the equipment and processing participants. Time is also spent in our office learning the administration techniques of the business.

WE DO NOT SEND OUT YOUR NEW FRANCHISE STARTER PACKAGE & EQUIPMENT UNTIL YOU ARE FULLY TRAINED BY US.

ONGOING TRAINING

1. Weekly Marketing & Information Training Call - 1 hour in duration.

2. Weekly Technical Training Call - 30 minutes in duration.

3. Weekly Email Correspondance.

4. CHIP Intranet - With access to latest company information, downloads, bulletin board, chat and ETraining & Operations Manuals.

5. Monthly ENewsletters.

6. Regional 1 and 2 day seminars by company management team.

7. Annual International Training - Convention & Golf Tournament in July, Las Vegas, Nevada.

ONGOING SUPPORT

1. Presidents Council Mentorship Program.

2. Telephone & Email Tech Support.
